Jabberize builds technologies and services that enable people to connect with each other without the fear of censorization, build relationships, communities, grow business contacts and their business. These Terms govern your use of Jabberize, and all apps associated with it except where we expressly state that separate terms apply.
We don’t charge you to use Jabberize or the other products and services covered by these Terms. Instead, businesses and organizations pay us to show you ads for their products and services. By using our Products, you agree that we can show you ads that we think will be relevant to you and your interests. We use your personal data to help determine which ads to show you.
We don’t sell your personal data to advertisers, and we don’t share information that directly identifies you (such as personal information like your name, email address or other contact information) with advertisers unless you give us specific permission. At this time, limited advertising is allowed on the platform.
No Censorship
We believe in a safe place where you can express your views without the fear of having your account shut down. We believe discussion gives way to true peer review and therefore hold that on the highest pedistal.
We encourage freedom of choice, freedom of religeon, freedom of political views, freedom of speech and freedom of expression.
However these behaviors will not be allowed and if reported, it will result in a permanent shutdown of your account;
1. No Pornography, child pornography, child or human trafficking, explicit sexual content, or related offenses. Anything related to harm of people, especially children will not be tolerated.
2. No Violence, utter of violent comments, threats, extortion, or racial comments/slurrs. No racist movements allowed. This includes all negative aspects of the BLM movement that encourages violence and hatred including ANTIFA and other hate groups that promote violent attacks and the destruction of property. All people are to feel safe on this system. We encourage the empowerment of people in general therefore if you are a group that promotes the empowerment of a single group of people, you will be encouraged to do so.
3. No Spamming, mass emailing/messaging or crude business practices.
4. No soliciting illegals drugs, firearms, and other contraband.
Censorship will not occur on this platform unless one the above items occur.
